This is our newly constructed home at Nagaon in Alibaug with modern and automated facilities. It has 4 bedrooms with a hall with a smart TV and open kitchen. We made it as mix of old heritage using laterite in construction yet luxurious in set up. We have a caretaker and cook stays in a premise for 24*7 service of our guests . Most unique thing about this property is a private lake access. It has well versed with all modern amenities like Jacuzi , gazibo, pool, smart TV, AC in each bedrooms etc.
